Mother Teresa Development Center is able to provide services of high-qualified learning specialists in different academic area.

Programs

Tutoring services in English, Albanian, Russian, Italian and many other foreign languages.
Tutoring services in English Language Art, Math, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Education, and other core content area in education.
Our programs develop and strengthen students’ academic abilities in the requested area efficiently and effectively.
The daily schedule will be flexible upon the students’ request.

Our Mission

Our core mission is to offer a developmentally appropriate educational program that meets the needs and goals of our students. We customize learning for student’s needs, their objectives, availability, and their learning style. The center’s instructors form the team that serves and supports this mission. Our instructors all hold Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degrees from well-known universities.

During this time, I progressed from a complete beginner and learned how to navigate basic conversation in this complex language. I was given the opportunity to provide training to the Ministry of Defense in Kosovo. Given that I knew about the Balkans and it's history I was thrilled to provide insight on processes and recommendations to my constituents there. As Albanian is the predominant language and culture in Kosovo, I was afforded the opportunity to meet Dr. Sukaj prior to my departure. Her task was to train me in conversational Albanian, the culture, the do and don't etc. She provided me with one on one instruction, not only in the classroom, but also walking the streets, outdoor markets, using the METRO and practicing Albanian around Washington, DC. This approach helped greatly in my mission in communicating, connecting within their culture, and at the completion of my mission formally being honored by their Prime Minister and the MoD.
